U.S. Privacy Notice

This U.S. Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states with applicable privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states that grant consumer privacy rights.
2. Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the previous 12 months, we may have collected the following categories:
- Identifiers and contact information (name, email, account ID, IP address).
- Commercial information (subscription plan, billing status, invoices, refund records).
- Internet and network activity (page views, feature interactions, app diagnostics).
- Geolocation approximations from IP address.
- Professional or educational information only if voluntarily provided.
- Inferences derived from usage to improve product relevance and fraud controls.
3. Purposes for Collection and Use
We collect and use personal information to operate the Service, manage subscriptions, process payments and refunds, detect fraud, secure accounts, respond to support requests, comply with law, and improve performance and product quality.

8. How to Submit a Request
Submit privacy requests by emailing privacy@amanahinvest.ai with the subject line U.S. Privacy Request. We may verify identity before processing and may require additional information to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
9. Authorized Agents
Where allowed by law, you may use an authorized agent. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification by the requestor.
10. Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights, except as permitted by law (for example, where differences are reasonably related to the value provided by data).
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
12. Minors
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under 16 without legally required authorization.
